Exchange Policy

At House of Varya, we want you to feel confident in every outfit you choose. Please note that we do not accept returns. Instead, we provide a smooth exchange process to help you get the right fit.

How Exchanges Work

Exchange Window – Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

Size Exchange – If the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size of the same product.

Store Credit Option – If your required size is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 2 months from your order date, redeemable on any future purchase.

Exchange Charges – All exchange shipping charges (both ways) are to be borne by the customer.

Condition of Items – Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for an exchange.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please share an unboxing/opening video with us as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.

We will send you a fresh replacement piece at no additional cost, including shipping.
